Dalibor leads day-to-day restaurant operations across the group. He supports restaurant managers, develops service standards and keeps teams focused on consistent food, welcoming hospitality and a business that runs well.

People and HR

Milica leads recruitment, employee support and people development. Working with managers, she helps build capable teams, clear expectations and a workplace where people can learn, contribute and grow with the group.

Procurement Coordinator

Jefa coordinates purchasing between suppliers and the group’s teams. She follows product requirements, availability and costs, helping kitchens and businesses receive what they need to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Executive Operations Chef

Nikola works with kitchen teams to turn each brand’s food concept into consistent daily practice. He develops recipes, trains chefs and strengthens preparation standards, with a focus on food quality and efficient kitchens.
